I value your choice to visit The Supply Pantry! After opening my flagship store, The Craft Pantry, in September 2007, I've acquired a room full of supplies. So, by way of The Craft Pantry, I offer you The Supply Pantry and welcome you inside. Here you will find an abundance of supplies, many of which I use in my creations found in The Craft Pantry. All of the supplies I offer are high quality, brand new and come from my smoke-free and pet-free studio. It is my genuine wish that you enjoy your time here and find things that will help you make your own artistic creations.

Please read The Supply Pantry Shop Policies before you buy. This will ensure a seamless transaction.

WHEN CHECKING OUT, PLEASE be sure you select the green button that reads "PAY NOW WITH PAYPAL" and follow the steps to complete your purchase. If you don't follow these steps, payment is not submitted, your purchase is incomplete and risks being cancelled.

► CUSTOM ORDERS
I will gladly post a CUSTOM ORDER listing for anyone wanting a custom order or a combination of items not listed. Custom Order listings allow me to calculate exact shipping as well. Once I post your Custom Order listing, I will convo you with the link to purchase. IMPORTANT: Custom Order listings must be paid for within 24 hours or they will be cancelled. I do not "hold" items as this ties up my stock.

► SHIPPING POLICY
After your payment has been confirmed, I will ship your purchase within two business days, (Custom orders may take longer). Your order will be packaged with care and shipped via USPS First Class Mail WITH Delivery Confirmation. For heavier items and glass, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority also with Delivery Confirmation. A portion of the shipping fee covers the cost of packaging.

► YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
Your order will be shipped to the address you provide at the time of checkout on Etsy.

I cannot be held responsible for shipping to an address that is not kept current by the buyer.

I ship Monday thru Saturday. You will be notified via convo when you order ships.

► INSURANCE/SHIPPING UPGRADE
Insurance and/or faster shipping methods are available for additional charge upon your request. Please convo me before ordering to arrange this.

► SHIPPING GIFTS
If you are shipping a gift, please let me know via convo when purchasing so that it will ship to the right address.
