Payment

I accept check, money order, and PayPal. Orders being paid with check or money order, I will not ship till it has been received and cleared. To be sure of prompt delivery, please send payment within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please Note: If I do not receive payment in an appropriate amount of time (no more than 7 days) I will cancel your order. (Other arrangements can be made.)

Shipping

I will be shipping with the United States Postal Service in the most effective way available. Most items will be shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Photographs and posters may take longer, as they will not be printed until the order is complete. I will be in contact within 24 hours of your order to let you know the time frame and shipping method I will be using.

Shipping prices are for within the United States. If you live outside of the United States, please feel free to contact me and we can make further arrangements.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are non returnable. Because they are handmade there may be some non-structural inconsistencies in color or pattern. Please realize this is what makes your item special.

In the event of damage in shipping, please contact me within 24 hours.. We can make arrangement to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

If an item appears to have been lost in the mail, please contact me as soon as you realize this. I will make every effort to locate the item, or replace the item.
