Welcome

I hope to make all my hoops custom just for you, so I'd like body measurements from you and all of your color preferences. The hoops on my page give you an idea of what I can offer you. The rest is up to your imagination.

Payment

I accept Paypal and Money order. I request payment be received within one week, and I will not ship until I have your payment. If you need to cancel an order, expect to do so before I ship, otherwise it's yours and the payment is mine since this is a custom item that is difficult to ship.

Shipping

I usually ship via USPS. I can add signature, delivery confirmation, anything you feel you need. If it is preferred, I will ship via UPS. I do not use FedEx, sorry. I have never had any shipping problems, and I have shipped many orders all over the U.S. Combined orders will be shipped at a discount.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will offer exhanges on items that don't turn out like the buyer dreamed of, but I will not offer returns unless the item was damaged by shipping (like squooshed (even though I've never had this happen)).
