This is the De-Stash shop for my jewelry shop at www.eternalautumn.etsy.com ~ being a crafter and artisan, i tend to find myself with a bunch of things i likely won't use... and NOT being a pack-rat, i tend to want to get rid of them quickly.

My grandmother is cleaning out her closets!!! I've got some AMAZING deals on Vintage clothing and accessories coming soon!!! If this stuff fit me, i'd keep it, its in GREAT condition (she's anal about taking care of her things) and ranges from the 60's to the 80's ^.^

Payment

I accept PayPal, I have been a Verified member since 2003. This is my preferred type of payment but I also accept Post Office and Western Union Money Orders if you don't have a PayPal Account o.O

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE only send a USPS (Postal) or Western Union money order.
NO "MONEYGRAMS" or ANYTHING else. I'll have no way of cashing them as the local banks refuse to handle any money orders b/c of recent forgeries in the area. If you do send something other than a USPS or Western Union money order, i'll be forced to send it back and retain your items until correct payment is received!

I do NOT accept personal checks under any circumstances. Sorry, but I just haven't had good experiences with them and I'd like not to make the same mistake again. I don't even have a checkbook myself... plastic works well enough for me! I do apologize for any inconvenience.

I would prefer if your payment clears within 1 week of receipt of the order, i understand this is not always possible around Holidays and weekends, so I will not leave bad feedback or cancel our transaction unless a full 8 days has gone by without payment or communication of some kind.

I am far from unreasonable and will be happy to work with you in just about any situation, just please contact me and let me know whats going on, thats all i ask ^.^

Shipping

I will ship orders within 3 days of receipt of payment unless i contact you otherwise. If you need something sooner (i.e. for someone's birthday or anniversary) please let me know in the Message to Seller Box upon Checkout and I'll be happy to make a special trip as i live half a block from the post office and its no trouble to insure your gift arrives on time.


Items are shipped USPS First Class Mail and Delivery Confirmation is Added to the Shipping Amount when the Country Permits, to protect both you and myself from losing the package in the mail!

THIS INCLUDES EVERY SALE ~ NO MATTER HOW SMALL! If you spend .50 in my shop, its the same to me as if you'd spent $50! I want you to know where your purchase is at all times!

Insurance will cost $1.65 extra, Just convo me to Add these to your listing!

Refunds and Exchanges

I always want you to be happy with your purchase, if for some reason you don't like what you get, please email me at eternal_autumn [!at] yahoo.com and we'll work out an exchange!

I cannot do cash refunds unless you do not receive your item as listed.

Again, i'm not unreasonable! Just contact me with your concerns!


{FYI} Negative or Neutral Feedback being left without any Contact from the Customer as to what was wrong with the Order will NULL AND VOID the above *Niceties* ~ It's far from appreciated by any artisan to be indirectly told their hard work has been in vain. Plz be aware, there IS a human being on the other side of the computer screen, with feelings and deserving of respect, and be assured I NEVER forget the same.
