Shipping

Shipping is 2-day priority mail. If you'd like to ship an item regular mail, I'd be happy to do so and refund you the difference via Paypal.

Refunds and Exchanges

The great thing about knowing who makes your jewelry is that you can have items repaired or replaced! If an item breaks, send it back, and I'll try to repair it. If you lose an earring, send me the remaining one, and I'll try to replace it (sometimes I won't have the same beads) for half the original price plus shipping.
