Payment

**ALL ORDERS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND/OR CLEARED.**

PAYPAL
Click the Paypal option when checking out and follow it to proceed with the payment.

GOOGLE CHECKOUT
Click the Other option when checking out. In the Message from the Buyer Section, mention you are paying through Google Checkout. Wait for an invoice from me and then proceed with payment. After payment is cleared, your order will be shipped.

RME (Revolutionary Money Exchange)
Click the Other option when checking out. In the Message from the Buyer Section, mention you are paying through RME. Wait for an invoice from me and then proceed with payment. After payment is cleared, your order will be shipped.

MONEY ORDERS or CHECKS
Click the Other option when checking out. Mail your check or moeny order. You will receive a confirmation when received. You will receive another confirmation when it clears along with your shipping confirmation. After payment is cleared, your order will be shipped.

Shipping

All items will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping Method is USPS First Class Mail for all items under 13 oz and USPS Priority Mail for items over 13 oz. However, if you would like other means or faster means, let me know. We will be happy to make arrangements.

Refunds and Exchanges

General Terms

All products sold by Accent Envy are brand new and handmade. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. For shipping damage, customers should file claim to their carrier immediately. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Accent Envy within 24 hours. All packages will be shipped the following business day. Because of the nature of the Internet, online ordering your purchase from Accent Envy acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Accent Envy Return Policy

• All order changes or cancellations should be reported prior to shipping and by either Convo or by phone at 1-985-746-1830.
• Our items may be returned for a replacement or for a refund.
• Accent Envy reserves the right to replace defective items or to issue a refund if Accent Envy sees more fit.
• There will be no refund for shipping under any circumstances.
• All returns require prior notice.

State and Provincial Law Rights

Some states and provincial laws do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of warranty in certain situations, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary, from state to state and from province to province.

Return Policy

We can only accept unopened products for return within 7 days of the date of reception. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item.
• Please include the following information in your convo.

Full name of purchaser (i.e., name of buyer)

Username used to place order through Etsy (i.e., AccentEnvy)

Your order number (to locate the exact transaction).

If the product is opened or unopened, reason for return.

If the product is defective or damaged, please tell us if you want an exchange for the same product.

• Once you have notified us, ship the product back to us.

You'll need to cover the cost of shipping, unless given alternative instruction from us. Please use a shipping company that can track packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

• When your return has been received and processed, we will credit your account or ship you a new product. We will ship your new product(s) to you immediately when it is available.
