As a reprieve from the horrible US exchange rate at the moment, I'm offering a currency conversion to all Australian customers, who a.) are in Australia, and b.) are shipping within Australia.

Aussie customers choose -- OTHER PAYMENT – on checkout, if you don’t, this offer is void.

To take advantage of this offer, simple choose ‘OTHER PAYMENT’ when checking out and I will invoice you the correct amount through PayPal.

For example, say you purchase 3 clips at US$8 each, the total is US$24, when you go to checkout (and you’re an Aussie, wishing to have the clips shipped within Australia) check ‘OTHER PAYMENT’ option. I will receive your order, and you will receive ’request for payment’ e-mail with a link to PayPal, where you will be requested to pay AUS$24 (NOT US $$) plus any shipping costs.

**INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS**

Payment must be received within 48 hours of purchase.

I accept payment via PayPal. It's very easy, quick and safe to use Paypal. CREDIT CARD payments are welcome, and you do not need a PayPal account to use this feature. Just click PayPal option when you checkout, select the "credit card" option and follow the payment instruction on your Etsy Order Invoice. Once the payment has been made, you will receive an email receipt from PayPal.

Shipping

Your item(s) will be shipped to the delivery ADDRESS on your ETSY INVOICE only. I ship your order the same day or the next working day after your payment is cleared.

Australia domestic shipping by Standard Post, the delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. International shipping by Air Mail, the delivery usually takes 5-10 working days.

Insurance or Registered Post is available upon request. If you would like have either please contact me prior to your purchase and I will arrange it for you accordingly. Please understand, once the item has been shipped, I am unable to take the responsibility for a package is lost during the delivery. However, if your item is insured or a registered post, I will do all that I can to sort it out for you.

All my products will be packed beautifully, and very carefully to ensure your item arrives safely.

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately. The item shall be returned with the original package and in unused condition. The refund will be made via Paypal after the returned item has arrived. All shipping costs will not be refunded.
