Welcome to Tokyo Mommy's Fabric and Crafts. I strive to bring you the best quality fabric that I can find. I will only stock fabric I would use myself and I will do my best to provide detailed photos and accurate descriptions.

All items and stored in and ship from my smoke-free, pet-free home in Japan.

Payment

Currently I can only accept Paypal as payment. If payment is not received within 3 days of purchase I reserve the right to re-list the item.

Shipping

Your order will be wrapped & shipped with great care! So you can buy with confidence.

The buyer is responsible for shipping & handling costs, every effort is made to estimate these fairly.

US BUYERS:
If you would like to purchase insurance, please request this option when you check out. I'm sorry I can not take responsibility for items lost or damaged by the postal service (although I will try to work with you if something unfortunate does happen)


INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
All sales are in US dollars.

Shipping is by Japan Post, (non-traceable).

CUSTOMS/DUTY: The BUYER will be responsible for any duties or customs fees imposed by your country. I am required by law to complete a customs declaration accurately when shipping internationally. Please check your country's laws before purchase. Thank you.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied, please contact me and return the item within 10 days of delivery, and I will exchange it or refund its purchase price. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
