Willofibres's Shop Policies

Welcome

Willo Alpacas was set up in 2002 with the fibre side of the business set up a year later to sell our Alpaca fibre and sheep fleeces. Both the sheep and Alpacas have to have good quality fleece that will either spin, felt of dye well, and to that end I try different breeds of rams with my ewes to see what the resultant fleece is like.
My shop is a bit quiet at the moment as I'm going to Woolfest in Cumbria from the 26th June to the 27th June.
Once home and recovered my shop will be open again for business.

Payment

I accept payment by pay pal or personal cheque (UK only). Please pay for your order within 5 days and if you have to cancel your order, please do this within 3 days.

Shipping

Your order is sent out by 2nd class post (to help support our local post office).
For Multiple buys I will recalculate the postage costs
For orders outside the UK, please contact for costs

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be given if the fibre is returned unused within 7 days.
