I ship via U.S. mail -- with insurance if you ask me to.

Refunds and Exchanges

***** If jewelry arrives damaged:*****

If it's possible to repair, I'll do it for free (though, yes, you will have to pay to send it back to me).

If *jewelry breaks within 90 days* because of defective workmanship or materials, let me know. If it's possible to repair, I will do so for free (although, again, you will have to pay to send it to me).

After 90 days have passed, if *jewelry* breaks, I will fix it -- if possible -- for a modest fee.

Whether it is possible to repair a jewelry piece depends on how damaged it is AND whether I still have the materials on hand.

If it's not possible to repair, I will return your money.

***** Beading supplies *****

If you return the beading supplies in the same condition they were sent, I will refund your purchase at no charge.

Refunds on beading supplies that are damaged during shipping will be handled case-by-case. Contact me and we'll work out a resolution.
