Hi my name is Ann-Yzette Forup Hansen, I'm a Danish glass artist who lives in Norway where I have my own studio where pepole can come and make lampwork and fuse glass, I also make classes in both. I have been doing pottery and glass art for many many years but have only been lampworking for about 2 years, I also make jewlery using my own lampworkbeads and fusing beads/pendans. I have just starte to make viking jewelery in silver and make my own twist using my lampworkbeads as well. My job is my hobby so I have a studio in my home as well, and I have beads all over..and a super hobby who don't say enything to all the stuff I have in the house....I hope you enjoy what you se, and do you have a requist you always welcom to mail me..Happy beading Ann

Payment

You can pay with pay pal, and I take visa, Danish and Norwigians can pay by money in to the bank I have bank accounts in both contrys..
Deadlines for paying is 7 days from order, after that i cancelate the buy.

Shipping

I send it with norwigian post, there are no insurance on that methods I use, but if you would like insurance, It can be fixt, but that method is mush more expensive.
For all shipping outside Norway it will be 6 dollars
for shipping in Norway it will be 30 noske kroner

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept returns on my beads, given that they are shipped to me in the same order you received them. I'm sorry, but i can't return or remimburse for shipping fees. Refund will be given as: Money back...Item must be returned within: 7 days
