Welcome

The ideology behind my pens is to create, inspire, and support the next generation of polymer clay pens. Polymer clay as an art medium is only limited by our imaginations. We can create individual artistic works that are as beautiful as functional. These pens are not created by machines or computers. Some patterns and ideas might be duplicated in different pens, but each pen is created using an artist's hand making each creation unique.

Payment

Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Personal checks will be received and validated before item is shipped.

Shipping

All items will ship within 3-7 business days of purchase. Any extra shipping or customs charges are the responsiblity of the buyer and should be communicated within (1) day of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping can be combined for multiple items.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact Creative Writing Designs within 3 business days of receipt of your new pen. Any damage during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping carrier and the buyer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any return shipping is the resposibility of the buyer.
