Welcome

Monster Makes is run by a little monster known as Kelly (me). I am based in Bournemouth, UK and like to create accessories, a variety of knitted items and toys of all sorts.

I am environmentally aware and more often than not use second hand yarns and materials to make my items

Payment

I accept PayPal only. Once an item is bought please pay within 48 hours. If you cannot pay within this time frame please send me a message so we can work something out.

Shipping

I will send all post first class.

I will also post internationally but it may take some time as I will always choose the cheapest option to keep the cost down.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do keep records of all sent mail and will contact Royal Mail on your behalf should something go missing in the post.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 48 hours of receipt and I will gladly refund you (minus P&P) once I receive the item.

In the unlikely event of something being damaged in transit please contact me and we can work something out.
