Hi there! Welcome to Almost/Nearly. Glad you're interested in my one-of-a-kind jewelry. All of A/N's jewelry is made by hand in Memphis -- well, except for the natural stones used in our designs; those formed thousands of years ago and come from all over the world.

All the jewelry made at A/N uses stones hand-chosen for their uniqueness -- an interesting color or shape, for example. You're one-of-a-kind; A/N believes your jewelry should be too! So while you're likely to find a pendant that chooses you, A/N will gladly work with you to create a custom order at the best prices. Contact me for details.

Payment

A/N accepts Paypal, which means you can pay via credit card or straight from your bank account. Payment is expected within 48 hours of sale and the item will not ship until payment is made.

Shipping

Shipping is via United States Postal Service (USPS), with base shipping cost at $4.50 for the first item and $1.00 for each extra item. (Shipping's gone up everywhere, and that's the going rate for my little packages through USPS. If you think you can get a better rate via FedEx or UPS, let me know and I'll ship that way.)

Refunds and Exchanges

If an item comes to you damaged, please let me know right away. I believe in providing the highest quality merchandise on my end -- and I want to make sure it gets there the same way!

If your piece should show up damaged, we will arrange for shipping back to me and I'll exchange the item or repair it and send it back.
