Payment

All items are listed in American dollars (USD).
We currently accept only PayPal.
We would like to receive payment by 3 days after customer place an order.

Shipping

After receiving payment and all shipping details are confirmed, items will be shipped within 2 business days of the post office.

We do not make profits on shipping cost. To keep the shipping cost as low as possible and also reliable, we ship via registered air-mail of Thailand Post, which has registered serial number, unless you want to ship via other options such as EMS etc.. We will insure the item if requested.

Mail sent registered from Thailand does not show up in their online database, but Only EMS does. However depending on the recipient's country, it will show in the US Post website, Canada Post website, etc. ( list of countries that can track : http://www.thailandpost.co.th/CMCD/Web%20Link%20Registration.htm )

The registered mail, usually takes about 7-21 business days to arrive at most destinations in the USA. It may take longer to arrive if the package is opened by customs.
Please note that I cannot control what will happens to the mail pack once it is sent out. But we will find the best way to ship it to you safely.

Refunds and Exchanges

I cannot responsible if the mail is seized by the destination country. If it returned to us, due to customs regulations, in good condition and we can re-list it, we will refund you after minus shipping price.
