Thanks for visiting my shop and I hope that you might be able to adopt one of my very special little critters. All of my items are lovingly handmade by myself and I take care to ensure they are of top quality and only quality materials are used. I'm open to suggestion for more animals that you might like to see made so please email me with your suggestions or any questions that you may have.

Payment

I accept payment by Paypal.
Please note that prices are in US Dollars. You can find currency converters by searching in google.
$10 from the sale of Ethel Echidna goes to the charity WIRES - Wildlife Information and Rescue Service, Blue Mountains Branch. If you would like to donate to them please follow the link on the home page.

Shipping

I aim to post your order within 2 days of receipt of your payment. For international order delivery may take 5 - 12 days. For Australian post takes 2-3 days.
If you would like your item/s sent registered, express or insured please email before making the payment me so that I can adjust the postage costs.
All items are packaged securely so should arrive to you in perfect condition.
If you would like me to send your item another recipient as a gift please email me with the postage details and a personal message and I will include this in with the item. I can also wrap if you like!

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with you item please contact me via email first and I'll do my best to try and rectify any problems.
I cannot be held responsible for any loss of damage beyond my control to any items during postage. I keep the shipping receipt as prove of postage

If you would like than one of any Blu'bie please let me know, I can make up as many as you'd like. (Please note items are not made for re-sale).
