Welcome

A Better Footprint was founded in 2007 as an outlet for fair trade, handmade and "green" arts, crafts, and gifts. Founders Miranda and Baptiste Paul are an international family assisting many impoverished families around the world, helping them develop and sell handmade arts and supplies.

Payment

Please pay within 7 days or your order is cancelled. If you choose to pay by Credit card, you must pay via PayPal or call us at 920-569-6332.

Shipping

Please provide a street address as we may use UPS for larger packages. Most smaller packages will ship via U.S. Mail. We self-insure each package so please contact us if something arrives damaged. Generally, we get your package shipped out within 3 days of payment clearing. Please note that depending on where you live, it can take up to 14 days to receive your package. Thanks!

Refunds and Exchanges

Most items, excluding food and drink, clearance, CDs and worn/washed textiles are eligible for refund within 30 days, with a receipt. Please contact us before returning an item. Sorry, we do not refund shipping costs.
