Greetings from a tiny island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean! Thank you for taking the time to read my shop policies. If you have any questions/concerns please send me a Convo and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Payment

We accept PayPal payments. Please make sure you complete your checkout at PayPal. Sometimes it's a bit confusing as you check out at Etsy. The transaction is not complete until you go through the PayPal site and make payment there. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding the checkout process.

Also, you do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. You can use the PayPal site to make your purchase with a credit card. Again, let me know if you have any questions regarding payment with a credit card.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 2 days of payment clearance.

U.S. ORDERS: Shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Since I am shipping from Hawaii, your order may take an additional day or two to arrive. If you would like your order shipped via Priority Mail, please convo (contact) me prior to purchasing so I may send you a revised shipping quote. I will then send you an invoice via PayPal for the additional shipping cost. Once payment is received, I will ship out your package to you. As of Jan. 18, 2009, Priority Mail rate is $4.95.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class mail. If you would like your order shipped via Global Priority Mail, please convo me prior to purchasing so I may send you a revised shipping quote. I will then send you an invoice via PayPal for the additional shipping cost. Once payment is received, your package will be on its speedy way to you. As of Jan. 18, 2009, the rate for International Priority Mail is $10.95.

INSURANCE: If insurance is not purchased, I am not responsible for lost packages. I do include delivery confirmation on U.S. domestic orders (International customs forms already have a tracking #), but this does not guarantee anything. If you would like to purchase insurance please contact me and I will send you an invoice for the insurance fee via PayPal. Once I receive payment, your package will be on its way to you!

Refunds and Exchanges

We do our best to make sure you will love your new purchase. However, if your order arrives and you are not happy with your purchase please Convo us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will offer refunds for damaged goods (only if it arrived damaged), or if you feel the item was not described accurately (measurements, metal material). Your Return must be received by me in its original packaging (including jewelry box)within 14 days of your Return convo request, preferably in another bubble mailer envelope.

Sorry, but we cannot refund return shipping costs. Items must be returned in the exact condition in which you received them.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges (to/from seller & customer) if an exchange is requested.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM ORDERS: Please contact me via Etsy (CONVO) for custom order requests. I will do my best to create something wonderful for you. Custom orders are not refundable, so please make sure you communicate every detail with me so we are on the same page. Your satisfaction is my happiness! For shipping, I can ship either USPS First Class or Priority. Let me know and I will send you an invoice for the additional shipping cost. *I do charge shipping insurance on custom orders.*
