Payment

I accept credit cards and e-checks thru PayPal in US Dollars. I ship once the payment has been cleared through PayPal. Unless otherwise arranged with me, I would like to recieve payment within 4 days of purchase.

Note: Texas residents, I must charge you 8.25% sales tax(sorry). This charge will happen automatically when you check out through PayPal.

Shipping

I take great care in packing each purchase so it arrives safely. I strive to use recycled and recyclable packing materials whenever possible. Most small items in this shop will be securely wrapped in corrugated card board and packaged in a bubble mailer. Larger orders will be "crated" in a heavy duty box with items suspended in packing peanuts or shredded paper. I'm a little obsessive with this!

If your Etsy and PayPal addresses differ, please let me know which one to use in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify me I will ship the item to the address furnished during Etsy checkout.

Small items are shipped USPS First Class Mail.

Larger orders will be shipped Priority Mail. Items over $45 will be shipped Priority Mail with Insurance at no extra charge.

International buyers please contact me for shipping rates if they are not listed with the item you are interested in.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you aren't let me know within 5 days of receiving your purchase, return it in its original packaging, and I will refund your cost, minus shipping.

If your purchase arrives damaged, I will either replace the item or issue a refund. Just let me know within 3 days of receiving the item.
