Payment

I accept Paypal and would appreciate payment within 3 days of purchase.

Shipping

I ship via Canada Post and for the months of March and April I will only be shipping once a week on Wednesdays, but may be able to accomodate special shipping requests. I use recycled packing materials whenever possible. Local(Quesnel) buyers can convo me to arrange a drop off or pick up, and I will refund shipping. If your purchase is a gift I can package it accordingly. I am unable to offer insurance to destinations outside of Canada unless you would like to triple the cost of shipping. Destinations outside of Canada can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive. Please consider this before leaving feedback.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so please contact me if you would like to discuss returning your item for refund or exchange or are unhappy with your purchase for any reason.

**All items are made from a thrifted piece of clothing. I do my best to ensure that the item is in excellent condition and impeccably clean. I choose to use high quality recycled fabrics because I believe reusing and recycling is our responsibility, but I also find the process intensely creative and joyful. Each item is a completely new creative challenge and opportunity to work towards a less wasteful world.**

I am open to custom, wholesale and consignment inquiries as well as any feedback on my products and service, positive or otherwise, so that I can continue to improve and grow my business.
