Hi! Thank you for visiting my shop. You are a valued customer to me. I want you to be very happy with my products and service and I'll do my best to accomplish that. I value open communication so please feel free to convo me whenever you like and I'll do the same.

Payment

My primary form of payment method is with PayPal . You may use money orders too. If you are not able to make a purchase using either of those methods, please contact me and we can work something out. Payments must be received within 24 hours of purchase. I will convo you a reminder if I have not received payment within that time period. Items will be re-listed if payment is not received.

*Please note that you don't need a PayPal account to use your credit card via PayPal - just click the payment button and you can choose the option to pay with credit card or debit without signing up for an account.

There will be state sales tax of 9.25% added in PayPal if you live in California.

Shipping

I do my best to create something wonderful for you to enjoy and have in your hands as soon as possible! Pieces will arrive beautifully packaged in a hand made gift box, sealed with a ribbon, or in an organza pouch secured in bubble wrapped package, ready to give as a gift.

I try to re use and recycle materials for shipping. So the outer box may be something that I have recycled , but inside there will be a box hand made by me just for you.

Packages within the U.S. are sent First Class with delivery confirmation. I may use Priority mail if you so please with additional charge for items less than $50.

Insurance is also available at your request. Also for larger item or items over $50 I use Priority mail. I'll discuss that with you before mailing. If insurance is not purchased, I cannot be responsible for the package once it leaves my hands. If something unfortunate should happen, I will do my best to make things right. If you would like USPS Priority or prefer another method of shipment, please contact me prior to paying. Please wait for a revised invoice after your purchase if you wish to add insurance.

International Shipments:
I ship with USPS First Class International. Please, contact me if you need expedited shipping and I will send you the shipping cost for your approval before I process your order. The receiving country may levy customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that the Postal Service does not deliver to all countries.

Most shipments are mailed within 1-3 working business days. If you should need your order sooner please let me know. If there is a delay for some unforeseen reason, I will email you immediately.

Please double check your shipping address, I always ship to the exact name & address on your payment Info. If you would like your package to ship to a different address you must convey to me through email immediately after payment.

•If you are a local customer and would like to come to my studio to pick up your order, please select other in the payment option section, and I will send you a revised invoice with no shipping charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is my ultimate goal so I'll work with you to fix if there be a problem. I pride my workmanship and try hard to give the best. Sometimes things may come apart or get loose and I'll fix that at my cost but it has to be sent with in seven days, unused. Shipping charge will not be my responsibility.

If you don't like a product you may return it for full refund with in seven days and in original condition. The shipping cost is yours.

If your item does not fit properly, please note that I am willing to re size any piece of jewelry for free within 30 days from date of purchase minus shipping charges.

Please contact me before returning an item. Returned items should be in new, unworn condition in the original packaging. Refunds will be given once the product is received by me. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

I am happy to repair an item. If an item is defective upon arrival due to a fault of mine I will repair it free of charge or offer a reimbursement for the original purchase amount. I will also cover the shipping costs.

My home/studio is smoke free and pet free.

I live in Walnut Creek, 30 miles from San Francisco, in the Bay Area. If you are available to pick up in person or if I can meet you in this area we may by-pass the shipping thing altogether. Let's talk.
