Payment

Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Please note that you do *not* need to be a Paypal member to pay with your credit card through Paypal. Please convo me if you would like to pay with check or money order.

Orders paid for by check will be shipped after check has been received and cleared.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail, with delivery confirmation and insurance.

International orders are accepted. Actual shipping and insurance costs, plus a reasonable handling fee will be billed.

Refunds and Exchanges

Unworn jewelry will be accepted for refunds within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by it's original packaging. A credit will be issued for items returned within fourteen days, in original and unworn condition. If returning items, contact me prior to mailing work for shipping information. All returns must be shipped with insurance and tracking information. Custom orders are final.

Repairs and resizing is available on certain items, and will be priced on a piece by piece basis. If you would like work altered before it is sent, please let me know and I will be happy to do what I can to ensure the piece will fit you best.
