We are in business to provide the type of items in our kits that we, ourselves, enjoy using in our crafting projects and artwork. We are very much open to our customers' preferences and ideas - let us know if you have any feedback or would like to see something different from us!

Payment

Paypal
personal check, cashier's check, or money order (send us a message for mailing address)

Shipping

Estimated shipping prices are listed and will be adjusted for actual costs, where applicable. We use the cheapest shipping option, which is sometimes the slowest shipping option. If you'd like expedited shipping, convo us or e-mail gauchealchemy [!at] cox.net for a shipping estimate.

WE REFUND OVERCHARGED POSTAGE (within 50 cents) after your order ships. We charge only what we are charged.

Refunds and Exchanges

Should items arrive damaged or if you are dissatisfied for any other reason, contact us directly to work out a reasonable solution. We want satisfied customers!
