Welcome

We are Dee Dee and Michelle, a sister design team working and creating
together for over 20 years. "With both our mother and father being artists, we had endless art materials available to us. We developed a sense of, 'If you need it, create it.' With that philosophy we started Spin Designs. Our goal is to design work that we love to look at and live with and then make it available to you. We create for every part of your world, garden, home and body. We never stop dreaming up new designs so we hope you'll visit again soon and see what's new."
All of the work you see on all of our Etsy sites is conceived and created by us.

Payment

We accept PayPal, you don't have to be a member to place your order- PayPal is just the facilitator and does not require any kind of sign up or personal information. If you choose to purchase with a Visa or Master card you still click on the PayPal icon which will take you to a screen where you'll find the option "I do not have a PayPal account" then follow the instructions for paying with the credit card you wish to use. It's easy and quick.

Shipping

E-MAILED PDF-
When you check out please include the e-mail address that you would like your pdf sent to. We will send you a confirmation e-mail. If we do not receive a reply e-mail within 24hrs, we will send the pdf to the e-mail address shown on your Etsy account. You will receive your pdf within 24 hours of our receiving your reply. PDF file size will be approx. 2 MB. You will need a PDF reader, such as Acrobat, to open the file. Please make sure you have PDF reader software installed before you purchase. You can find one here for free: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

COMPACT DISC SHIPPING-
We ship Tuesday and Thursday. If you need it faster please convo us. We ship via USPS with tracking included. Each CD arrives in a protective jewel case in a CD mailer. Allow 7-10 day from shipping date, (not order date), for your CD to arrive. We will ship anywhere please convo us for rates outside the US. We’re not responsible for loss or damage after it leaves our studio. But we want you to be happy so please convo us and we can work something out.

Refunds and Exchanges

E-MAIL PDF-
Due to the nature of our product being a virtual e-mailed item we do not offer any refunds but we want you to be happy so please contact us if you have any concerns. We will make every attempt to e-mail this to you successfully but we cannot be responsible for any e-mail protections programs that you may have, such as any firewalls, spam, virus or other computer protection systems that could block our attempts to send you this pdf. If you feel that recieving this via e-mail may pose a technical issue, we will be happy, for an addition cost, to put your purchase on a CD.

COMPACT DISC-
We test every CD before it ships, if for any reason your CD arrives damaged or unreadable please contact us so that we can remedy the situation.

With purchase you are given the rights to personally print as few or as many copies as you need.
