Payment
We currently only accept payments thru PayPal. PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online.
Taxes:
We do not charge any taxes at this time.
Shipping
When placing an order with Lifeworks, you can guarantee that we will get your purchase processed, packaged and shipped in a very timely manner. Our goal is to have your order carefully packed and shipped within 1-12 business hours. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. (all orders are shipped in eco-friendly packaging)
All orders are shipped from Westlock, Alberta with Canada Post. Delivery times are calculated by Canada Post and are approximate. You can expect your order to fall within these times.

We NEVER ship orders until payment as been processed and approved by PayPal.
Tracking Your Order:
Tracking numbers can be found in your shipment confirmation email.
You can trace your package with Canada Post by visiting Canada Post's web site at www.canadapost.ca or calling 1-888 550-6333 Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Refunds and Exchanges
We ALWAYS refund any shipping overcharges over $1.00. (your PayPal account will be refunded once your order has been shipped)
It is our ultimate goal to meet or exceed your expectations every time you place an order with Lifeworks. If you are at all unhappy with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we may correct any shortcomings. So we can continue to improve our service to you, we would love to hear any feedback, comments or suggestions you may have.
All shipments (Canada & USA Only) include liability coverage for loss or damage up to $100. If your item for some rare occasion becomes damaged or lost, contact us immediately. Outcome of the claim may be affected if damaged items are returned without Lifeworks permission.
No returns or exchanges on International orders.
Cancelled orders:
A cancellation request for an order can be made if it has not been sent out yet. If the request is made after the order was shipped, the customer will be responsible for returning the order and any expenses occured in the process. We generally ship orders within 1-12 business hours after they are placed. Once the merchandise is returned to our company, we will issue a refund.
