Shipping

We send our sketchbooks using the US Postal Service. Orders within the USA ship for free and usually arrive within a week. See the costs for international orders here:

Refunds and Exchanges

Let's assume there is an alternate dimension within which it is possible to be unhappy with your BORED sketchbook. All you'd have to do is send it back in the condition you received it, and we'd refund your money. Hypothetically very easy!
