Payment

a.Elizabeth accepts Paypal and money orders.

Shipping

UPS is my preferred method for shipping. I am willing to ship any items less than 12 x 12 inches USPS if the buyer requests it.

Refunds and Exchanges

a.Elizabeth does not offer returns or refunds unless the item is damaged in shipping in which case the buyer must contact a.Elizabeth in writing (email) within 7 days of receipt of the damaged items. Refunds for damaged items will be made with 30 days of the report by the buyer.
