Confections Sweets is a small personal run business out of central California. All of our baked sweets are made in our home oven with the best of care. We own quality high grade baking equipment and make all of our baked sweets from the freshest ingredients without any additives, processed, or artificial products. All of our sweets are handmade and packaged.

We at Confections Sweets have recently found love in organic, all-natural ingredients. Sometimes we may purchase organic ingredients to add in our recipes. If we do add any such ingredients to a listing at our shop, we will let our buyers know of these additions.

**Please note**
Our sweets do contain milk, nut, and other food cautious ingredients.

Payment

Please make sure to complete your payment within 7 days of purchasing or contact me A.S.A.P. to make other arrangements. Our payment of choice is Paypal and credit cards through Paypal.

Shipping

Please read carefully

All sweets are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (arrives in 2-3 days) to guarantee 100% freshness. Sweets are packaged in their own specific packaging along with bubble wrap in USPS Priority mail boxes.

*NOTE* The USPS has raised prices once again. To make sure that our customers are not over priced for these changes, we offer a Flat Rate Priority shipping rate of $8.00 (insurance not included).

Please allow a 48hr. (2 day) processing period after your order has been completed. When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirming the date and time that your item has been shipped.

If you need your item by a specific date/time, please notify us before your payment has been completed. We will not be responsible for "late" orders.

Refunds and Exchanges

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, and late items. Once your order is in the hands of the United States Postal Service (USPS), we have no control whatsoever. If you would like insurance please notify us A.S.A.P. after the auctions end so we can include this in your order.

All our sweets are made the day before shipping out to you to grant 100% freshness. If you need to cancel your order, make sure to cancel ASAP or you will be charged a 10% restock fee to cover the cost of produce and packaging.
