Welcome

Hello and welcome. All my items are handknitted (or crocheted) by myself in a pet and smoke free home. I use commercial patterns at times, but particularly enjoy the challenge of creating from scratch.

Payment

I ask overseas buyers (I'm in the UK) to pay by paypal, but UK buyers are welcome to contact me to arrange to pay by another method.

Shipping

I always post first class or airmail. I always obtain proof of posting, but if you want registered or recorded delivery for extra security, please ask. I usually post same day as a sale, certainly by the next day, because I'm an impatient buyer! I use clean recycled packaging when it's available, both to save trees and keep your costs down. If you would prefer your purchase not to be shipped in recycled packaging please let me know BEFORE PAYING and I will adjust your invoice accordingly. Thank you.

Because knits are lightweight, this means overseas buyers can relax knowing they aren't going to pay the post office more than they're paying me!

Local buyers are welcome to collect and pay cash on collection - I might even make you a cup of tea!

Refunds and Exchanges

I'm proud of the standard of my work so hope refunds would never be necessary. I cannot be responsible for losses in the post but I will always try to assist with proof of posting. If you change your mind about a purchase I will refund the purchase price if it is returned to me in the same condition it left and is resellable. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of postage.

I love a challenge so please do ask me if there is something you would like knitted that I haven't thought of yet! Similarly if you would like one of my items in different colours, or bigger, smaller, whatever.
