[SAUDADE] word only know in galego-portuguese, it descrives the mix of lost fellings, love and distance. Means a feeling of nostalgic souvenir, affectionate souvenir of a special good that is absent, folloied of a desire to review it or to possess it.
Payment
I accept:
* PayPal
* Bank wire transfer (money order in €) - contact me for account & bank details
For money orders, your purchase will ship when the money order is received.
I expect payment within five (5) days. If you're having any problems paying, please let me know. When no payment is received I will try to contact you by sending a convo and an e-mail. When no response is received, I will cancel the sale after a week.
Please note, if your PayPal payment is not instant(e.g. echeck or from bank account), your package will not ship until payment went clear.
Shipping
♥ Your purchase will ship within 1-2 working days after the payment is clearaned, but normally I ship the next day;
♥ If for some reason I can't ship in this time frame, I will send you an alert;
♥ I ALWAYS ship with INSURANCE and TRACKING NUMBER, that's why the shipping charges may be a little high :o(
♥ Normally international shipping will take 5-20 business days. Worst case scenario your package will know a delay due to customs. If there any custom fees, these need to be payed by the buyer and will not be refunded.
* ADDRESS *
Please make sure your address on etsy matches your address on paypal. If these are not the same (and there is no message to seller), I will SHIP to your ETSY-address.
* COMBINED SHIPPING *
For multiple item buyers I offer combined shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
I understand that buying through internet it's not the same as buying in a store.
If you feel you have a valid reason for wanting an exchange, contact me. In the case we do agree on an exchange, all additional shipping costs will be for the buyer and the

* No returns on clearance/sale items;
* Money refunds will not be made, you can exchange the item for another item available;
* Item must be returned in it's original condition;
* Buyer pays return shipping fee.
* LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES *
I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages and will not offer refunds.
