Hi! Thanks for checking out Pinkatilly! I am a nut for creating and I strive to provide quality, adorable, and useful items. Please convo me with any suggestions. I love customs!

Payment

In keeping with Etsy's policies, paypal payment is expected immediately following the order. You do not need a paypal account to pay with paypal (you DO need a credit card or debit card). Please include any special requests in your order so I can make fill your order properly.

Please do not purchase an item if you do not intend to pay for it or might change your mind. I will only cancel orders under extreme circumstances as it involves a lot of time, work and headache to undo everything and clear things up with etsy and paypal.

Shipping

Most of my items require 1-2 weeks to be created before shipping. I am currently only able to ship domestically (US). I am definitely willing to work with a special request to have an item delivered sooner or by a specific date ~ Just ask before purchasing and I will let ya know if it can be done. :)

I ship using USPS First Class Mail which takes 3-5 days to get anywhere in the United States. If your total order weighs over one pound then I will be send your package priority mail.
Tracking, Insurance and Signature Confirmation are available upon request at an additional charge.

FedEx shipping is available ~ contact me for rates and details if you prefer this service. If you desire to upgrade your shipping to priority mail most orders will fit in a flat rate envelop in the US that is $4.75. If you wish to upgrade let me know and I can invoice you the difference in shipping.

I take care to package items. I am not responsible for damages that occur during shipping or after the package is opened.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will accept returns for store credit or exchange within 10 days of the delivery confirmation arrival date. Unfortunately I cannot cover the cost of return shipping. I will issue store credit or send exchange item after I receive the original item.

If you have found a design flaw or have another issue with your item please let me know as soon as possible to correct it.
