Welcome to Milk Maid Mama. Hopefully this will answer any questions you may have regarding payment, shipping, etc. If anything is unclear, please feel free to convo or email me and I will reply as soon as possible. Thank you for taking the time to review my policies and I look forward to doing business with you.

Payment

I accept payments through PayPal.

Shipping

I ship all items through Canada Post. I also ship outside of Canada, but the buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duty or taxes that may apply.
I will ship internationally –please contact me prior to purchase for a quote on shipping prices.
I will gladly combine shipping when you purchase more than one item together –just contact me for a quote on the combined shipping cost.
Some insurance is included in shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
I will ship orders within 3 business days unless otherwise noted in the item description. If you need an order shipped by a certain day, contact me prior to purchase to make arrangements.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because I try to make the item descriptions and photos as accurate as possible, I do not anticipate the need for refunds. However, if you feel there is a problem with the item and are not satisfied, please notify me within 4 days of receiving the product and we can arrange a refund or exchange.
For refunds, I will refund the purchase price, excluding the shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Seller is not responsible for lost returns.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I welcome any requests for custom orders.
If you would like an item gift-wrapped with a card to the recipient, please indicate that you would like the item gift wrapped in the "notes to seller" section during check-out. Please contact me or include in the “notes to seller” what message I should include in the card.
If you would like to ship the item as a gift directly to the recipient, please contact me to let me know and to clarify the recipient’s name and address.
All items are made in a smoke-free home.
