Payment

We prefer Paypal on all of our items but if you wish to make other arrangements please convo us.
**PLEASE NOTE: I will be happy to hold a doll for you if you contact us but any sold item that remains unpurchased without contacting us after 3 days will be relisted. ***

Shipping

We ship out all purchases by USPS First Class Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation included in the shipping price. Even though most of our items are not fragile, We carefully wrap each one so they will arrive safely at their destination. We will use recycled shipping boxes when we can, to save trees. If you want your purchase gift wrapped please convo us.

Any charges resulting from customs are the responsibility of the buyer.***

Refunds and Exchanges

These dolls are our babies and we want to send them to happy homes so if you wish to return a doll for some reason you may do so as long as you contact us within 2 weeks. We will refund your payment (minus shipping charges) as long as the doll is returned in the same condition it was shipped.
If you have any other problems with a purchase please contact us for a resolution. We appreciate our customers & want everyone to be happy with their purchase.

We welcome bulk order requests and may be able to offer a discount, but be advised we cannot accommodate traditional wholesale pricing. The order of 6 or more dolls can be discounted at upto 20% of original prices.
