Shipping

The start-to-finish process for custom printable designs can take between 5 and 7 business days after receipt of payment. Depending on the changes you request, sometimes it takes a little longer...and sometimes it is very quick.

NOTE: Due to the surge in business for the holiday season, things are likely going to lean towards the " taking longer" side until the end of the year.

After sending me your specifications, I will create and email you a proof of your design as a jpeg. I will use the email address you have on file at etsy.

Final printable files (stationery, calling cards, invitations, etc.) will be delivered as high-resolution PDFs formatted to print on 8.5 x 11 paper.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to feel nothing short of giddy delight when looking at your olliegraphic design!

I love working with my customers to get the illustration just right. Most designs are approved after one draft, but there is no limit to the number of changes you may request.

That said, due to the nature of my work, my time comes with a value. And each draft I send has a value. Refunds are subject to a deduction scale.

If you request a refund after receiving a first draft, you are refunded 50% of the amount paid.
If you request a refund after a second draft, you will receive 25% of the amount paid.
No refunds are offered after delivery of your final PDF files.

I have given only one refund in the life of my business, and the situation was unrelated to the design itself.

A charge will apply for design requests submitted after the transaction is complete.

The transaction is considered complete after delivery of the PDF files.
