I believe in good customer service, and do my very best to keep everyone happy, if you have any questions, suggestions, or problems send me a Convo and I'll be happy to talk to you!
Payment
I expect payment within a week of buying my product, if I have not recieved payment by then I will cancel the sale, and relist the item. I do send out two reminder emails before I cancel and relist.
Payment for custom items: Half up front to cover my supplies, the other half to be paid before the item is shipped.
Shipping
Shipping is typically USPS parcel post. If you are willing to pay extra, I will ship Priority, and send an invoice for the difference.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be offered if there is a problem that is my fault, Maybe I misaddressed something,the item was not as described, some damage was caused during shipment because of improper packaging. I will exchange products if say you picked the wrong size, if I do not have another size, I will give store credit.
Additional Policies and FAQs
This is a non-smoking home, we do however have a dog, but he does not venture into my studio, however, very allergic people may not want to order, as I'm sure the little bit of dog hair he sheds does float about the house.
