Above all, I'm here to serve the customer. I'll do whatever it takes to make sure that you leave happy and with what you want. If you've got a special request for anything, or if you'd like something a little differently, just ask me. I'll do everything I can to get you what you want!

Payment

I prefer PayPal, but will accept other Check or Money Order. If you have to pay through the mail, I will wait till I receive payment until I ship the product. If payment is delayed or never comes, I'll do my best to work it out before I cancel the order.

Shipping

I use mostly the United States Postal Service. I try my best to insure that your order gets shipped in a very timely manner. If necessary, I can upgrade the shipping to meet a deadline that you've got. Just message me to let me know!

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you're unhappy with your order, I will do anything necessary to make it right. Contact me within 2 weeks of receiving your order to work out a return/refund.
