► HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE: *All orders placed after Friday, December 18, 2009 will not ship until Monday, January 4, 2010.

PAYMENT and SHIPPING

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Debit Cards thru PayPal. Personal Checks and Money Orders are not accepted. FREE SHIPPING on all purchases of $100 or more. (We'll send a payment invoice reflecting the price adjustment) We ship all items via USPS Priority Mail within the US & USPS Priority Mail International in Canada. Express Shipping is also available - please contact us for pricing/details. Items ship within 3 business days of completed purchase. We ship to all 50 states in the US and Canada only.

Your JulRe Designs Bridal jewelry will arrive carefully wrapped in soft, black velour drawstring pouches (perfect for proper storage) at no extra charge. COMPLIMENTARY GIFT WRAPPING in our signature glossy black gift box with coordinating ribbon is available upon request.


RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We pride ourselves in providing you with accurate depictions and descriptions of our items. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding our jewelry prior to purchasing. We will gladly take exchanges and returns for all items (unless otherwise noted) as long as they are returned within 14 days of receipt. We do require that you first call our Customer Care Center toll-free at (800) 711-5958 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION # so we can quickly make the transaction for you. We CAN NOT accept returns for refunds. We do offer a Merchandise Credit for future purchases. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
