Payment

I accept paypal. If you would like to pay by money order please indicate that upon check out. Your item will not be shipped until your money order has been received and cleared.
Please pay with in 24 hours of your purchase.
I will dispute any cancellation once your item has been shipped.
If for any reason your paypal or money order has been cancelled I may ask you to return your item(s).

Shipping

I will ship first class. If you would like your item shipped priority or express mail please contact me before you purchase any items.
I will apply shipping insurance upon buyer request, however you will have to pay for it.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will not except any refunds. Please be sure to read the full description of the item before purchasing.
However I will stand by my word in making the best quality hair bows. If for any reason other then normal wear and tear your hair bows need to be repaired or replaced you may return your item. Up to one year of your purchase.
Please save your receipt or packing slip. I may ask for a copy of it when making repairs or replacements.
Repair or replacement shipping to me will be your resonability.
