I handcraft each piece myself with many prayers and happy thoughts for it’s future owner. Many of my pieces include fine& sterling silver of the highest quality, natural stones, glass, wood and other natural materials. All of my silver s weighed and priced accordingly. All earrings come with hypo-allergenic earring hooks unless otherwise noted and can be changed out for sterling silver for $2.00 extra. I like to live by the recycle, reuse, relove motto, I will make a note of this in the description and when possible I will include the story of how the unique reloveable piece came to be. I have aquired many of m beads and findings on my travels throughout the U.S., Europe, Asia, Central America and the South Pacific, where I literally carried them home in my backpack. I make a note of these special pieces wherever they are listed. I love sharng the memories of these places through my jewelry.

Payment

i accept payments through PayPal, i also accept personal checks and items will be sent once the check has cleared.

Shipping

domestic orders are shipped using USPS first class mail. items usually ship within 3-5 business days of receiving your payment, however depending on the intricacy of the piece it may take a bit longer, i will convo you as soon as you purchase the piece and let you know when to expect your purchase :)

international orders are shipped with USPS first class mail. arrival dates may vary.

i will email you a confirmation number when your order has been shipped so that you can track it.

Refunds and Exchanges

all sales are final. However I do want my customers to be happy and I aim to please so if there is a real problem please convo and let me know immediately.

*product care

being a very busy and active person I design jewelry that I would be comfortable wearing everyday..however some pieces are inherently more delicate, you will see a note in the description of these pieces. My silver pieces keep their best look by wearing them, I don’t recommend cleaning with harsh chemicals so that they retain the antique finish I like to use. If you do need to clean a piece use a soft cotton cloth or wash with warm soapy water.

*packaging

All of my jewelry comes in complementary packaging ready to be given as a gift to yourself or a special someone. Images of the packaging can be found along with individual jewelry descriptions. All packing is done in my very clean, smoke-fee home.

*charity

mimosa by m.e. believes wholeheartedly in giving back and so as of o7.13.o8 10% of all sales will be donated to the Cambodia Childrens Sanctuary- they're far a way but they need our help, you can learn more about them at : www.cambodiachildrenssanctuary.org . So the more you buy from me, the more I donate to help others...a win-win situation ;)
