Payment

I currently accept payment via PayPal and also Money Orders.

Oregon is a sales tax free state so no additional taxes will be added to the cost of the piece.

If paying by e-check though PayPal, I will hold the item until the payment has cleared. This could take up to 10 days.

Shipping

I package all items into a gift box, beautifully wrapped for you, or if giving as a gift.

All UNITED STATES packages should arrive 3-6 days after purchase, depending on where you live. For your paid shipping charge I ship ALL USA shipments via USPS Priority and your item(s) are fully INSURED in the very rare event they are lost. With a small exception of Oregon and Washington shipments sent 1st Class mail FULLY INSURED, as Priority shipment is not needed.

All CANADIAN shipping: If you are a resident of Canada your item is sent out USPS 1st class mail. The cost of shipping does not include insurance - and if you require insurance, please contact me for a quote.

All INTERNATIONAL shipping is sent USPS First Class Air Mail only to keep costs down and avoid brokerage fees. Any duty or taxes owed will be the purchasers responsibility. The cost of shipping does not include insurance - and if you require insurance, please contact me for a quote.

I ALWAYS label items "OTHER" when shipping your item Internationally - honesty pays with the US Postal Service:). Arrival of your package can vary depending on your location.

Packages are mailed out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only.

Shipping on your item(s) cannot be refunded in the event of an exchange or refund. I take great care to be sure that your package is sent based on USPS standards and I use the address connected to your PayPal account if payment is received that way. In the event that you want a different address other than the one connected with your Etsy account - please give me any changes in the "Note to Seller" upon completion of your transaction. Thanks!

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges are welcomed up to 2 weeks after purchase, in their original and undamaged condition. You need to contact me within those 2 weeks with your issue so that I know that the item is being returned and why. You must be responsible for return postage before I can issue a credit toward new merchandise.

I understand that things may not always be as they seem over the internet, so let's work together!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS =======

Each of my beads is woven durably so that it may be worn often. Because of their special textural and colorful make-up, they should be worn after applying any perfumes, make-up, hairspray, etc.. as these could alter the color and surface of the beads if they are exposed to them.

Also, because of the wooden core, your piece should not be submerged or exposed to excessive amounts of water. An occasional shower will be fine (washing hands or a rainy downpour) - just don't leave them in a glass of water overnight:)

Like anything, too much light or sun can fade the colors so, I highly recommend that you store it in a dark place in the plastic bag it is sent in. Leaving your piece directly in the sun for many days may change its color. This will also keep the tarnish to a minimum.

In the event you would like to polish your piece I highly recommend that you use a small sized jewelry polishing cloth. This isn't really necessary if you purchase an oxidized piece but if you did purchase a brush or high-polish bright finish you may need to polish it over time.

My work is not intended for children under the age of 12.

I take great pride is the quality of the bead work in every bead as well as the design, and attention to detail I put into each piece I make. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you like a particular piece, but aren't so crazy about the color – I can make something special just for you!
