Hi and welcome to the Plain Jane Textiles shop, I hope you love my prints!

Everything I sell comes from a smoke free home, I do have two Pugs (but they aren't allowed upstairs!)

Payment

I accept personal cheques (UK only I'm afraid) and paypal. Payment is expected in 7 days, if there is a problem then please contact me as soon as possible.

Shipping

Within the UK items are usually posted out 1st class, to the rest of the world the items will be sent via airmail. Expect delivery within 2 days within the UK and 5-10 for the rest of the world. Shipping costs cover postage and packing. All items are sent out in biodegradable bags and wrapped in tissue paper. Please recycle, reuse or compost my packaging wherever possible, thank you.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items can be returned only if the item is faulty or damaged in transit. Please contact us within 7 days if this is the case, items will be replaced as soon as the faulty item has been returned. Faulty items must be returned within 21 days. Please contact us if there are any problems.
We will keep proof of postage for all items sent so if an item appears to be delayed in the post please contact us.
