We are Smile Monsters! We do this for fun and hope our creations will make you smile.

I often buy supplies under the name Swankyjo.

Payment

We accept paypal and money orders. We love fast payment! We allow 3 days after checkout to make payment or to contact us with other arrangements. After 3 days I will cancel the sale.

Shipping

I will ship your item within 24 hours of payment during the work week. Unfortunately our teeny tiny post office is not open on weekends. I ship everything first class unless you make a special request. I will not insure your item unless you make a special request. I will make all efforts to protect your purchase otherwise. Each item will come wrapped in tissue for protection.

**If your paypal and etsy address don't match I'll send to the etsy address after an attempt to contact you.

** As of 8/25/08 I will send everything with delivery confirmation. If you would like your tracking number convo me and I'll send it right to ya.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want your to love your purchase! We strive to make a durable product but hey, stuff happens. If for any reason your unhappy we want to know about it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if you have a problem. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
We would also like to know if you love it!
