I ship first class and first class international. If you'd like to upgrade to priority, please purchase your item and place a message in 'notes to seller' and I will upgrade you and send you an invoice for the difference.

Hello and welcome to my little online shop! I hope you will stay for a while and look around. And perhaps find that something special that you have been looking for. Be sure to check out my sold items as well. I have had many custom orders requested for pieces that have already sold. I am glad to do it, feel free to contact me about any special orders. :-)

Payment

You can pay with a credit card or Paypal fund (including e-checks). Items will not be shipped until payment has been received.

If you have a coupon, please put the coupon code in the 'notes to seller' when you check out so I can send you an updated invoice. If you've already made your payment, I will refund the difference.

Please make sure your Etsy address and Paypal addresses match. If they are not the same, I will ship to the Paypal address, unless you have contacted me and specified otherwise.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment, usually within 3 business days at the latest. Custom orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days unless discussed otherwise. Final shipping costs do not include insurance. If you would like to have insurance added, please contact me so I can update your invoice.

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you will be thrilled with your purchase(s). However, if there are any issues, please feel free to contact me to discuss your concerns. But if for any reason you still feel you are unhappy with your item(s), you may return it within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund of the purchase price less the original shipping costs. Please contact me through email or through an Etsy convo to request a return authorization. All returns must be in original, unused condition unless there is a defect. Refunds will be made via the same type of original payment (credit card, paypal) Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
