Most of our shipping (up to 1 lb.) is done via U.S. First Class Mail or Parcel Post (5-10 days) with Free Insurance. However, we also offer Priority Mail (2-3 days) for those that would like their order a bit faster. Just ask us in the comments section and we will be glad to adjust your order.

We are very happy to work with you regarding shipping. Just tell us how you want your order shipped, and we will gladly adjust your total accordingly.

TURN AROUND TIMES

All orders are shipping within 3-5 business days. HOLIDAYS: Such as Valentines, Easter, Mothers Day, and Christmas: Turn around times may be as long as 7-10 days.

Custom Orders: Shipping time will be determined at time of order negotiation.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will refund or replace any product found to be inadequate or inferior due to faulty materials or workmanship (not including normal wear and use). Please Convo us for instructions on how to return any faulty product.
