A NOTE ABOUT HANDMADE:
since all orders are made one at a time, no two are perfectly alike. especially pieces that require some sort of assembly. therefore sometimes the chain will differ slightly from the one in the image, or the angle of a certain part will be slightly different than the one pictured.
Payment
all items must be paid for within 24 hours of purchase or i have the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item for others to purchase. i will always email or convo you beforehand to give you a heads up.
i accept paypal only.
if you purchase with an e-check on paypal it usually takes around 5 days to clear. this will delay your shipment significantly since i cannot ship until it clears.
Shipping
all items will be shipping in a padded mailer via USPS mail. i typically send packages 2 days a week: tuesday or wednesday & saturday. this determines when your item will be sent out. during high volume ordering weeks your shipment maybe be delayed slightly. i apologize for this in advance.
if you need expedited shipping for whatever reason, please contact me BEFORE you make your purchase so i can make a special listing for you with extra postage or i can make a note to get your package out sooner if need be.
DOMESTIC shipments will have tracking/delivery confirmation. this way if your package never arrives we can track it and a replacement or refund can be issued.
INTERNATIONAL shipments will have NO tracking. if you would like tracking the price for shipping will increase greatly but will ensure your package is traceable in the event that it gets lost in the mail.
i ship all items using the address provided on the ETSY invoice and NOT the paypal address. please make sure your etsy address is correct and up to date. i am not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address because the one on the etsy invoice was incorrect.
Refunds and Exchanges
if you received the wrong item or the item arrived damaged, simply take a quick photo of the item and send me an email. i will replace the item free of charge as promptly as possible. you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. if for some reason your item breaks after you have received it in proper condition, i cannot be held responsible for replacing it.

FEEDBACK:
feedback is important. negative feedback is more important than positive. negative feedback can be very detrimental to a person's shop. i have one negative feedback from when i first started selling from a woman who i contacted several times via convo/email and got no response. she left negative feedback with no reason attached to it so i, to this day, have no idea why she was unhappy. therefore, if you are happy with your product i'd love for you to leave me positive feedback. however, if something is wrong with your product or you are really unhappy, please contact me before leaving negative feedback. hopefully we can come to a resolution that is favorable for the both of us.
