Fernwood Woolworks is an advocate of sustainable living. We promote using U.S. products and encourage customers to purchase their hand paint yarn on ETSY. What a wonderful gift, purchase the yarn from a hand dyer on ETSY, send it to us and we'll knit you socks custom to the specified shoe size. Remember, Buy Handmade!

Payment

Payment is due at receipt of order. Your order will not be processed until payment is received. Please notify us if you will be sending payment via USPS.

Shipping

Shipping is USPS First Class for orders up to 4 pair. For 5 pair of socks or more, shipping will be USPS best way unless you specify a different method.

Refunds and Exchanges

Fernwood Woolworks guarantees their products for quality and fit. We cannot guarantee yarn provided by the customer. Be sure to follow the washing instructions on your yarn for best results. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us at fernwoodwoolworks [!at] charter.net. All refunds will be made less ETSY sales fee and Pay Pal fees if applicable. Request for refund must be receive within 10 days of receipt of products.

Minimum order, 25 pair of socks or leg warmers.
