Payment

Same day payment is truly appreciated. Payment is due within 48 hours. If you are having difficulty, or need more time, please feel free to contact me.

Shipping

Your item will ship as soon as possible after receiving payment.
Most items will be sent by USPS priority shipping with delivery conformation. If you would like your package sooner or have any other shipping questions, please contact me. If shipping internationally, additional fees may apply (please contact me prior to purchase).

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, pleas contact me immediately and we can work something out.

Buttons, beads, and ribbons can easily be choked on. VooDooll pins are sharp and may cause harm. None of my items are intended for small children!
