I appreciate your patronage an encourage communication if you have a problem with your order. I will always do what I can to make sure you have a positive experience with PonyParty. Please note that I look over all my items for obvious flaws or distress prior to listing them and that most of my items are either vintage, have had a prior owner, and have either been gently used, displayed or packed away in storage.

Payment

**PayPal Payment:
Paypal accepts credit cards, debit cards, and e-checks.
If paying by e-check, the item will not be shipped until the check has cleared.
The standard clearing time on a payment made by e-check through paypal is about 7 days give or take.

Shipping

**Domestic Shipping

*Timing:
All orders ship within 3-4 days of receipt of payment in full.

*Postal Insurance:
Insurance is not included.
The cost for insurance is $1.65 for up to $50.00 in merchandise, $2.05 for up to $100.00 in merchandise, $2.45 for up to $200.00 in merchandise. If you'd like insurance, please convo me before your purchase.

I am not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that are not insured with the USPS.


*Packaging:
Everything ships securely packaged in a box or padded mailer. To cut down on waste, I re-use boxes. We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

**International Shipping
Please contact me for international shipping quotes. International orders may take longer than 48 hours to ship.

Refunds and Exchanges

You can return an item for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds will be given for items that arrive in the same condition they were sent.
Refunds will not be given for postage costs.
