Welcome to my Etsy shop, TRuBaby. I have been sewing for several years now having sewn numerous items for my 4, now teenage, sons and my friend's children over the years. I am a perfectionist and pride myself on a job well done. I hope you will get as much enjoyment out of my creations as I get out of making them.

Payment

Payments can be made via PayPal or Postal Money Order. Please pay via PayPal within 5 days of purchase, or if paying with a money order, email me with the MO# within 5 days. Contact me prior to purchase if you will need more time to pay.

If you do not contact me within 5 days of purchase with payment information or requesting an extension to pay, the item will be relisted.

Shipping

All items will be mailed within 3 days of received payment and will be shipped via USPS first class mail.

If you would like expedited shipping, insurance or delivery confirmation, please request this prior to making your payment and an updated invoice with additional cost will be sent to you.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are considered final at the time of purchase. If you experience any problems once you receive your order please contact me via email so I may do my best to resolve the issue.

If you have any questions regarding an item for sale in my shop please contact me via email prior to the purchase.

I typically respond within 48 hours. Please contact me again if you have not heard from me within that time period.
