If you've come this far, you're considering buying something. Might I suggest you go ahead. You won't be disappointed. I have put together this policies page to help answer any questions you may have.
Payment
I will wait for your PayPal payment before I ship your item(s). If it takes more than two days, I will email you with a gentle reminder to see if you forgot about me. If five days go by, your order will be cancelled.
Shipping
I use the United States Postal Service to ship most items. I usually send it through priority mail, but the less expensive (and slower option) of Parcel Post is also available. If you'd like your item to arrive extra quickly, select the express shipping option. It'll cost a bit extra, but the choice is yours. Also, if you receive your package and the postage is less than you paid, please keep in mind that I took the time and materials to wrap it all snug and cute and drive (or walk) it down to my local Post Office. You're not just paying shipping, but also handling.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am 110% sure you'll be satisfied, but if anything is not to your liking when it arrives, I am open to refunds, less the cost of shipping.

I ADORE making custom orders. Just ask. I can help put together a coordinating set for a custom and unique gift, or match nursery bedding patterns (pottery barn, migi, etc.).
